That to me is a 15 minute job, but more concerning is if it really solved your problem as the fan was on low speed and I imagine was working, so will they have to move the fan back to low speed during the winter months.

There is nothing like real world experience and while books can help, it is always different when you are right in the middle of something and you have to figure out a way to solve the problem. As

Pick a list, dig deep into how the problem may be affecting the homeowner, and learn the process so you can propose solutions to their problem, as a RE investor.
