I just sent my 3rd round of direct mail postcards and got a call from someone who has land, perhaps several parcels (he was a bit vague).

Postcards don't do that.

I have been thinking about doing some postcards in Midland or "driving for dollars".

I took the money she paid me for those leads, bought a listsource list and mailed out 400 postcards over the Summer, not a single call back.

Now i wanna start sending out post cards and i need the most feedback possible about this topic because i found out vista print has a mailing service and they have lists but are they worth it from vista print or should i buy it somewhere else and just upload the list like from Melissa data ?

So, I can give you some advice on what to expect.Most pieces I receive are either white letters or postcards.

I've now owned 5 fourplexes in Colorado Springs and I found all of them by sending post cards to owners of properties in areas I was interested in.

Printer our own postcards with our office color printer, and used the USPS's Every Door Direct Mail to mail to routes, so you don't need any addresses.About 40 cents per card, printed and postage, when all is said and done.
