I’m in Orange County, and yes, things are frothy in the more coastal markets and some inland areas.

Hi there ,I am not understanding how to find leads and off market deals using the Orange County data base and the courthouse.

One of them recently sold 100+ parks to a large PE firm who will likely take that (fund) group of parks public.I would assume those are A B parks not the low end  crappy single wide  10 to 20 unit mom and pop parks.there is a family I did business with in Orange county that owned over 6000 spaces in Orange county.. and get this FREE and clear.. talk about cash cow .. he lives on Lido island .. not sure if the dad is still with us..

They can both be great paths to wealth over time but you are comparing apples to oranges .

I think we have a leg up on a lot of places already.Hope that helps a bit - I dont even know if many elder law attorneys will understand the medicaid system very well - they may, but wouldnt hurt to talk to one and if the facility his mother is at has decent staff and the facility takes HCBS residents the executive director there should be able to help a lot as well.

I felt overwhelmed at times so I got quotes from contractors and they were going to do what I was planning, but charging me an arm and a leg.
