Hi everyone,We are a total newbies to mobile home parks, and desperately need an advice.We are looking at buying small park in north part of Florida, with 11 sites (2 tenant owned, 9 park owned), well and septics.

What loan has the best advantages for purchasing and setting up mobile home properties as rentals?

Once that deal is complete, I'd like to make the jump over to real estate investing and really focusing in on creating passive (as much as possible) residual income.I have no personal debt other than my mortgage, and I plan to work while getting started with this investing.I'm very interested in mobile home parks, self storage, and any other similar types of investments.

I used to buy mobiles and sell on contract.  

But looking at the more likely impact of self driving cars, this will come in the mobility of the elderly.

What about mobile homes sold as an automobile with the title?

Anyone selling mobiles similar to vehicle with lien on the titleSo if they didn't pay it would be a repo and not a forclosure And selling the land underneath as a separate rent to own?

Most do single family but people show up that do everything from mobile homes to multi.

Anyone sell mobile homes and rent the land under them?
