Selling mobile home as lien on title and land separate?

Anyone doing this?

Anyone selling mobiles similar to vehicle with lien on the title

So if they didn't pay it would be a repo and not a forclosure 

And selling the land underneath as a separate rent to own?

I have a few properties I am having used doublewides moved onto
