They are not cheap and obviously require some kind of cellular plan, but I was able to get them to work using Mint mobile (you need a phone to activate the sim card on first, like an old iphone) Ive had 3 of these up watching a property in Cleveland, OH for well over a year, and Ive only had one issue where I needed to go check on the camera itself, (the plug for the solar panel came disconnected and just needed plugged back in) This camera in particular is nice because its actually 2 lenses that capture the full 180 degrees, so one cellular plan for "2" cameras.

Their whole product is dreadful, the UX sucks on mobile and on an actual computer, and honestly the only thing they were ever good for was the electronic signing of documents and no one NEEDS them for that.

Yes you are correct with what I'm wanting to do... but I think that there's got to be a way to get mortgages on leased land HUD homes do it all the time in mobile home parks.

You can apply this model to different types of real estate but multifamily, mobile home parks, and hotels are better options given the ability to buy larger assets over time.

Nice kitchens and bathrooms are great, but if all the mechanicals are old, electrical is outdated, and its all made up of plaster walls, you might as well gut it.
