I listen to bigger pockets podcast about 5 hours a day, what else can I do to prepare myself and even make some more money right now?

I have read, watched and listened to most every piece of content I could find on this topic and I am just not seeing much downside and am seeing a TON of upside.

@Zac LindquistAlthough my MTR is not in your location, I encourage you to listen to the Bigger Pockets Podcasts on LTR to MTR and read the book 30-Day Stay, especially since you have time on your side.

And it's not just "sit and listen", you get to ask as many questions as you want. 

Every state has a unique set of laws and regulations regarding the foreclosure process, so your ability to succeed will depend largely on where you're operating.Also, all three of these require advanced skills and background, so I wouldn't necessarily start here.That said, if you do then be sure to get top-notch training and complete deal documentation from folks who have seen at least one full real estate cycle.Rather than specializing so soon in your real estate career, I would instead recommend just getting in front of as many real estate owners with problems.Just getting really good at talking (and listening!) 

Yes, I attended your class (highly recommended for anyone listening) but apparently failed to take perfect notes (although I still refer to my google doc of notes).  

I've listened to many of Dave Myer's webinars now that walk through Finding Deals, Analyzing Deals and Funding Deals.

I do not recommended listening to the majority of folks on this thread.
