The house is unfortunately in a T intersection, the dining within the house is on left side and exactly facing the road of the "T".

And with that sort of unit, your financing (and resale) options will be limited; conventional lenders usually won't lend on these types of units, so you might only be able to finance long term with a portfolio lender .One thing to also consider, is that in some of those neighborhoods, places with first floor being non-residential are located on the street corner of an intersection.

I'd like to see how this one turns out.Me personally if I was loaded I wouldn't care if my house was overvalued for the neighborhood, as long as it didn't stand out as some kind of ostentatious castle or something like that next to smaller houses (standing out = a big no no for me).But I wouldn't want to be near an intersection if I could help it.
