You have other people have had influence over your capital. 

But know your budget will be the biggest influence of all this... it's extremely hard to find deals w/ out putting money into them. 

Have you already contacted your entire sphere of influence to let them know what you're up to and if they know anyone looking to buy or sell?

The obvious watch outs: don’t get emotional, don’t be influenced by the auctioneer or other bidders.

I believe the more I educate myself, network and rid myself of any negative influences,  my fears will subside.
