Hi @David Rey,I use Google Voice daily (with my iPhone app) and found it to be pretty reliable.

Regrettably I do not have a house like that.However, we carry the I-phone he does and his calls are no clearer than mine on ATT.  

If you can take pics with a better camera or hire someone, it's an investment that will always pay off. iphone is fine, but getting the better angles and quality will make a difference.

We initially just put it out here with no staging, iPhone photos, etc.

Look at how much has changed since the Iphone was introduced in 2007?! 

Other requirements include:- Strong communication skills- Availability to visit job sites twice a week (less than 2 hours a week)- Must have a high quality camera (Apple iPhone will suffice)- Ability to communicate & translate job site progress into legible notes. 

There is an app called Canvas.io that can be Downloaded to an iPad or iPhone (they need the latest cameras) and you can scan each unit.

One of your friends has a fancy iPhone with a wide angle lens, get them to take pics for a beer, then make sure you upload the full quality images (should be at least 10mb) to the listing site.When I look for places I don't use that listing site because its all institutional apartments and I don't want to live in one of those, list on a different site.

I used to use mojo but with the new iPhone Updates, people tend to pick up less as it notifies them that the call is most likely a scam.
