I would push hard on HOA on what they are doing to treat it When one of my condos had a mouse problem they also went into every unit to treat and charged each homeowner which we were fine with because they also could see if there was a specific homeowner who was the cause and then after treatment go back after them for future incidents

The homeowners use the back entrance to their home rather than their front door which is right next to my front door entrance and comes in directly in front of my bedroom which is noisy my front window is where they park their cars so coming and going in front of my nice big bay window.
