Australia sells non-renewable resources as its main export to China and Canada doesn't sell much to china instead more Chinese/Asia invest in property in Vancouver, also in LNG companies and resource companies in BC etc.

Act 20 requires that you "export" a service to the mainland, so let's say you own rental properties in the states, and you're "exporting" rental space to the US.There's a laundry list of services that are "eligible" under Act 20, however, there's nothing explicitly written regarding real estate investment properties.

Only thing I wish is that it included an export feature so I could just download a .csv file, but I was just actually told they're working on that and will have it available in a month or so.I know for sure that at least 2 of my tenants rely on this feature (they pay for rent with a fellowship stipend and need records of where the money goes) so it seems like a good thing to provide.

All the data can be exported to excel for analysis but for collaboration etc you need a database with a great UX.I looked briefly at smartsheet and it looks very interesting.
