I'm so sorry this happened to you and great suggestion on adding a paragraph to the lease.  

You have some good comments above but I would also suggest to try some local real estate meetup groups.

I would suggest either talking with a local bank/credit union about refinancing your existing portfolio and/or one that shows they do MHP loans on their website.

They listen to what you suggest and continually improving their software and processes.
