In my opinion, anything that's not QuickBooks or Xero is just a watered down accounting software.I made a video about this on my YouTube channel, BP isn't letting me share it but PM me and I can send you the link

If by real estate business you’re implying you have little or no money to invest but are contemplating using one of the guru inspired methods (subject to, “wholesaling” , fix n flip) to create cash flow, I’d encourage you to do research on the true success/failure rate of people who engage in these endeavors, the amount of money the successful operators spend monthly on marketing, and the real time commitment and knowledge and experience necessary for success.  

I been watching some videos where the get a 5% down with FHA loan but I don't think I would qualify.

They read all about investing here on BP - a lot of the content, videos and books were created based on 2015-2020 time frame, and it's not the same anymore.

Find Brandon's videos on YouTube for the "four square" method of analyzing homes and practice.

After reading so much in these forums and watching videos of people who have dived into real estate, it's pretty amazing what can be accomplished in 5 years! 

I'll say, it's a good sign that the founder/owner is willing to engage questions.

They may even engage in intense, detailed negotiations.
