I have to buy properties in cash which will tie up my Capital in each project until I can (hopefully) sell quickly.My long term goal is it keep Start off small mate,I moved here 5 years ago with only $15,000Bought a turd in KC for $9,000 put $4,000 into and sold it for $31,000.Now, we are doing 70+ deals this year.Brick by brick you build a house and same goes for your portfolio.Deal by deal...Much success mate and keep the dream alive

This plan assumes that I stop at the 10 year mark and immediately begin paying everything down as quickly as possible to then live off the rental income and help my future wife's dream of owning her own restaurant come true.
