More than ever, having a place to focus on professional productivity while many competing priorities (and distractions!)

I've been distracted so I'm a few months overdue on sending out mine, but there's four or five lenders I've used/use/plan to use someday that get them from me when I get around to it.

Don't get me wrong, I've shared some insight with some close friends and "looked" at a deal here and there but it wasn't enough to distract me from obtaining my goals.

I allowed life to pull me away and distract me...but it's interesting how life always leads me back here.Anyway, I have an interest in relocating to the UK (no immediate plans, but ultimately want to relocate between the end of summer 2021 and New Years 2022) and was wondering if anyone has any suggested reading material pertaining to investing in the UK.

Account Closed Receiving a text message in the middle of a meeting, workday or even spending time with the family is a distraction. 

I wanted to ask seasoned Investors, Agents, Lenders, etc. a question: "Based on what you know now, if you could go back in time and give yourself 30 days free from distraction to learn about Real Estate for starting your Real Estate business/career/investments, what advice would you give yourself?" 

I’ve had analysis paralysis and have taken more action the last month or so than I have in years but still get distracted by shiny objects.

Single minded focus, no distractions and do only those things that will get you to the finish line.

The thought of easy money is the best way to distract a LL from doing his job.

Highly recommend that as it got me out of the house and away from distractions.
