Wood flooring is about as timeless as you can get....and style trends and preferences go from light to dark, red to brown to gray undertones and small plank to large, shiny to matte...and who,would have guessed people would pay up to,get flooring that looks like old shipping containers planked together and sanded.

.- you have not spoken to a new PM to see if they run a tighter ship.- you never did any research from the word "go" and trusted a real estate aagent that's stuck in the 60's with a terrible opinion that "you start making money when you pay them off". that's actually laughable.anyway, i can go on an on, but unless you start being more active or get the numbers straight you wont be financially ahead from where you were before you bought these properties.
