I doubt you could predict failure of a structural component within a year.What I can see is a product in the making to sell to small RE investors convincing them they can rely on a computer system to build a maintenance plan on and save money using it.Some things can be predicted with relevant data, you don't have relevant data.Data mining from key words is older than most probably think.
