If you wanted someone to do this for $100k base salary plus bonus/commission here in the Bay Area you wouldn't have an issue, I assume that's certainly the case in Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Dayton.

Since it's a 5 unit and is considered a commercial property its value is determined by NOI and Cap Rate rather than valued by comps as is the case in residential.
