In addition about half of the card issuers report business credit cards to your personal credit score, although most of them only report if you are delinquent and don't report anything if you are paying on time.Maxing out personal credit cards will hurt your credit score.

If you're finding investors and are getting paid for the introduction and not to sell the security you'll need to play the role of matchmaker and let the sponsor sell using the issuer exemption.
