Unless you're right on top of Indian Creek or Brush Creek (both of which I'd avoid like the plague, as every time they try to make the situation better, it gets worse), the majority of KC is not a flood zone.

Thanks @Chris Seveney, #1 confirmed what I'm seeing.Yes, the plan now is to reinstate the 1st, leaving the 2nd and all other encumbrances in place, brushing up the place with $5K-$10K, and selling as is.
