Newer investors make the mistake all the time of trying to broaden their net into multiple markets, I understand the logic, but the strategy is quite counterintuitive.

Unfortunately those properties don't exist so we broadened our search to the UCF area.  

I could really see something significant to broaden the base and reduce marginal rates coming along soon...along with ending much of the craziness of the tax maze.

Personally, I would broaden your potential market search.

Both Guard and Travelers write owner-occupied HO3 with the broadened home-sharing host activities endorsement, so you're not really making a big change.
