True service animals are exempt in that a HOA can have a no pet policy, but a service dog would still be accommodated.

For instance the Texas markets are job tigers, and the San Francisco area is heavily able to work at home, and the New York market is and always has been its own animal--doing it's own thing.Whatever hit may happen though, it seems like the government will continue on with the MAGA stuff and continue to allow Americans to pull themselves up by the bootstraps vs just talking and lining their own pockets as so many in the past have done.

The people who really know the most are us: workers, tradesmen, and veteran DIYers who have spent more time in these things under lousy conditions than anyone else.I have a number of tested ideas on how to increase the life of paper N95 respirators and how to teach people about how reusable respirators work, as well as how to hack filter designs for 3M reusable respirators and knock-off designs readily available through aliexpress.com, ebay, other websites.I want to to find a YouTube content creator who can turn those ideas into clear instructional material with good video editing, quality close-ups, and perhaps animation.

Manmath,We deal with pets by requiring a non refundable deposit to cover damages.We charge Pet Rent per animal on top of the regular rate.you may have missed the opportunity to do either of these at this point.If the dog is damaging your property, then give them some choices:Get rid of the dog, or move out.Control/contain the animal or pay for any future damages.We have a list of dog breeds that our insurance co. will not allow on the premise, this is a good way to limit some dangerous breeds.

Small multifamily 2-4 units are a totally different animal than commercial multifamily 5+ units.2-4 unit multifamily are valued the same as single family homes whereas 5+ units are valued on NOI and cap rate.Small multifamily your value is based on comps but a 5+ unit you can significantly raise value by increasing income.

The fee doesn't change with the number of animals, just the animal rent amount.We never ever allow cats in our properties under any circumstances.
