My complaint is pretty mild in the grand scheme of things, it is impossible to change ACH payment accounts on the loan and leave absolutely no information for solutions, coupled with a poor online platform was pretty annoying.

The tenant is able to switch from ACH bank transfer to credit card if they're having a hard time making rent that month, and then back.

For the past 5 years I have been attending college – I received my B.S. in biology a few years ago, and have been at the University of Utah School of Medicine for the past 2 years studying to become a doctor (2 more years to get my M.D. and then 3-5 more years for residency).

Also found some good information from Kenyon Meadow's book, "Alternative Financial Medicine" quite helpful, particularly on page 54 and after.While the reviews are informative, one must always do their own due diligence. 

In an ideal world every tenant is paying by ACH/bank transfer or Venmo, right?

ACH rent in to appropriate account.  

People forget that a big employer here, Scott & White, have many employees that need homes to rent or buy while working on their residency or starting their practice in medicine. 

She can have them ACH but I like to make photo copies so its clear what check went with what closing.Its like I said were a lot of folks focus on cost to the top producer cost of that the broker charges is far down the list, they choose brokers for the reasons you described then when in trenched in a company its just too hard and cumbersome to make the move.
