The worst part is Bexar County allows this to occur and taxes keep accruing, often times making the tax lien greater than the actual value of the property.

Out of curiosity, I was just looking at a few SFHs in Des Moines. 

If it does need power washing I say it's on the TK operator.Just out of curiosity:  did you post here in the forums about buying that property or working with this TK operator?

Now the asking price isn't far off with the work that need to be done, but with these fines accruing at since March it's a big chunk of change.
