Multi-family is where it's at when it comes to investing and I would recommend you look at craigslist and other ways to procure property through owner financing before you look at an agent.If you are looking for an agent then search for real estate agents on BiggerPockets or just hope people can reply to your post with their recommendations.

These are two different things; Lesse Fee is for procuring a tenant, the Management fee is for managing the property.
