Hi everyone! I'm Max! I'm new to BP forum but a huge fan of the podcasts. Can somebody recommend financing or lenders in Lancaster, Harrisburg or york area? I'm looking to buy 3 or 4 unit apartment. Don't really have much money to put down . Possibly Buy and hold or even flip. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

@Max Demydovych You will most likely need 20% down minimum. Sometimes more. You should research your ability to procure the capital before you start looking. There are going to be plenty of lenders in your area and you may want to also call some mortgage brokers who know the market well and know which lender would best suit your financial situation and the project you are buying.
