Just because you have not seen or heard of something being done doesn't mean it hasn't occured.Btw, you can claim against an estate (I've done a number of these) or an estate can perfect title within probate via a PC 850 Petition to Quiet Title, however a PR cannot claim AP against their estate nor can an heir, the legal theory bring that you cannot be adverse against either your iwn interests or those for which you have a fiducuary duty.

i think the blogs on bigger pocket are better than the threads. there's so much info in the threads, but scattered everywhere and hard to absorb so much info..or just look at the reviews on amazon for the books. i'd start with library fist though. i dont like to collect books unless i will refer to them.
