I'm Darrick,

a wet behind the ears investor in Philadelphia, PA - My wife and I are interested in interested in wholesaling to get our feet wet but because we have a few dollars socked away we have other options once we get a live feel for the business. We are mainly interested in building/creating passive income for ourself.
