It was built in 1997 and everything is original and including the strawberry wallpaper, different oddly colored rooms, cheap appliances and worn out wood floors.

Well first of all, anyone who promises you fast results or “secrets” is not a coach...I would run not walk ....for a coach or mentor to be effective you have to have clarity regarding what you want and appropriate expectations...a coach can go a long way to shorten what is a long learning curve...you can do it without one...your odds of it taking longer , losing money or otherwise failing to take action are much, much higher....if you aren’t ready for a coach you should listen to every podcast on BP .

There was another method you can use Being that you are dealing with criminals you may wanna see about your local police station serving the paperwork ( oddly enough many do this for a nominal fee) because this will really upset these guys if they see somebody that’s in law-enforcement coming out to the house and serving the papers. it will make them very nervous and they may want to leave altogether or comply

21217 seems to have some promising areas, but the differences in value are so drastic from block to block so I wasn't sure of how to determine which might be a good spot.I have been looking off and on for a property for the past 6 months but haven't been able to move forward with anything (either odd things have happened with the sellers or someone else swooped in just before me).

I'm hoping my odds of a rezone greatly increase if I partner with a contractor that has dealt with powers that be.I talked to a contractor earlier in the day that advised me to reach out to the zoning commission, but to do my best to avoid stating my specific address as I'd then be "On their radar."
