If you plan on using Microsoft Office, it's pretty awkward at editing Excel spreadsheets or Word docs so for those functions, I don't care for it.  

The big boys like Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Amazon... etc... are spending billions now acquiring or building Mobile platforms for their marketing strategies.

BTW, would you have invested in Microsoft, Dish Network, or Apple if you had seen where they started?

Microsoft is where it is at today because they are open source for other software vendors.

Microsoft Excel is probably your best bet. 

It is also a simple function available in Microsoft Excel and you can get online help is learning how to set it up.

I've listened to about 30-40 podcasts so far (in the order that they appear in "The Ultimate Beginners Guide to Real Estate Investing " - which I read twice) and am now basically dictating detailed notes into Microsoft OneNote as I hear helpful quotes or suggestions on the podcasts.

Not so…Our websites are very interactive – submitting a variety of information, generating PDFs, Microsoft Word Docs, automating drip email marketing campaigns, processing pictures, email attachments, etc etc.

Project manager is assigned and oversees it all, the entire project is put into microsoft project so you know who is supposed to be doing what on which day etc.
