Now, if one of those people you hire happens to catch something you missed, then fantastic, you owe them a beer and your loyalty as a client on future transactions, but one should not rely on such things IMHO.BTW, in the deal that sold for $10,000 under my all cash offer, the seller was a bank and it was a REO, so I doubt a "touchy feely" letter to the seller or the fact that the other buyer was named "Mary" which was the same name as the seller's wife that passed away would've mattered ... like I said, shady.
