@Allan Worthey Well...you sort of cut off your nose to spite your face if you want to be a licensee and focus on wholesaling...not to say that you can't do it, but you're held to a higher standard by law...which as simply as possible, requires you to find the highest and best use for sellers properties...that said, highest is not always best.

It's my experience that alot of licensees avoid learning the ins and outs because it's very client intensive and you may end up getting bad advice.
