I think across the board, they are all ugly and have hard to use user interfaces.

I also really like the interface on Highrise by 37 signals.

I moved her 10 years ago with my wife and kids for a job as a Land Use Specialist with an Irrigation District, it has been a great job with lots of interfacing worth local developers, engineers, surveyors, real estate professionals and lots of others. 

I've been running databases for 5 years and there is always 1 person who doesn't like an interface while everyone else loves it.

Take the drain apart, put a ring of plumbers putty beneath the flange of the drain to interface with the inside of the sink basin, and then you might have a leak free situation.

HI Steven, Not sure which software you went with, but I have been using Appfolio from 2011; I love the interface as it is very user friendly.

I have recently signed up for Cozy.co as the platform and interface all seem very simple and clean.

I have not built a home in California, yet who knows what the future will bring BUT...On my website I have a program its a excel spreadsheet and it interfaces with a national builders cost calculator.

I launched my software to see how it performed the night before (we also did a lot of IP tracking so we could find out who had visited and that way inside sales could do follow up calls) only to discover the interface had been completely redone!

Appfolio seems like it's geared toward larger prop management companies and the sales people for Appfolio are pushy.Buildium's interface looks simpler, but IDK if it does everything we'll need it to do.
