@Frank Hernandez   land in the path of progress is a very long time play.I have one that I bought in 1992 and it just got brought into the city a year ago.. but its still going through the development process probably another 2 years. and as long as the economy holds.. lucky for me the Indians built the largest casino in Northern CA. right across the street from me and brought in all the streets sewer water power etc. paid for the stop lights at the new intersections they built etc etc..

Easton has a few hospitals and Bethlehem has that new casino they just built.

Kingston is trying hard to revitalize, Catskill has great returns on c grade properties, liberty has really great rental returns and climbing with the employment jump from the Monticello casino.

In my city they are hiring at Little Caesars, McDonalds and many other places at $15.00 per hour.

When the casinos and and the convention center plan to drop $10 BILLION By 2020 not including the new stadiums that’s going to create a few jobs. 

I have found that the investors who are the most successful are those either buying in trendy areas like Lawrenceville, Strip District, Troy Hill, Near the casino, etc or those who are right on the river.

But we have minor league baseball and hockey, college basketball, baseball and football, 2 drive in theaters, 2 lakes, 2 malls, multiple golf courses, country clubs, 2 skating rinks, an ice skating rink, museums, orchestras, theaters, some amazing parks, and tons of great food - all within 5 - 30 min away. 45-60 min away you have Amish country, major league baseball, basketball and football, Lake Erie, casinos, 3 airports, etc.

You will make way more money in a casino.
