Hi. If you are a Pittsburgh-based Investor or Realtor, I'd appreciate an opinion. I'd like to find an STR close to home but have heard that the closest area in PA for cash-flowing STRs is the Poconos. Does anyone have experience with STRs in Pittsburgh or within say 2 hours of the Pittsburgh area? Thank you!
