Then call your guys and ask how much they charge per lf of let's say wall framing, enter the info and you're goodThen add your general conditionsThen a table for tax, markup, etc.It stinks to make but it's worth twice its weight in gold.

They were literally holding the entire home up, so I would assume the basement wall no longer had much weight on it.Re-sale would be my concern & most of those we viewed in the affected area are heavily discounted with some empty & on the market >174 days.
