Selling your ideas, expertise, passion, etc.

This is my issue in feeling like I can't go away.And I suppose theoretically I could map the circuits and outlets for them really well to give a better idea of what's on one circuit for them to do the math.

Starting off the onslaught of new ideas and directions that can come from being in a mastermind can lead people to not focus on one thing or get them overwhelmed.Once you have a foundation under you its time to level up your network and find people with similar but different and preferably more advanced experiences that are there to give as much as receive.Its lonely climbing to the top and lonelier at the top. 

Using a corporation formed for the intention of purchasing a franchise to flip a house is probably a really bad idea, unless the franchise is a real estate development/flipping business. 

Tim's idea about using the RUBS strategy may be your only option here.

(Not because I expect that, but because I wanted to get an idea of the character of their business.)

I like the idea of contacting your longer-held cards and asking for increases there.

Maybe talk to Bill Exeter at Exeter 1031 in CA for ideas.

And it'll just make it harder to get a flight and I'll have to start flying to BWI and riding the MARC/Amtrak to DC.I have no idea why being near an airport can have bearing one way or another.
