They are acting as an agent without the laws, ethics requirements, education, and insurance that are vital IMO.

I just need to get in the habit of taking it in January.

As long as the property is habitable and kept in good shape, the inspections are easy to pass.

CEO Hank Amos said the forecast for the rest of the year is sunny.Amos called the past 10 years a “lost decade” with the real estate industry as a whole experiencing “no vitality, no velocity.”

Also as an added bonus, there is a sticker on the exterior of the property stating that my local town building inspector's office has deemed the property as "unfit for human habitation..."...not sure if this is common practice or a red flag but will have to dig into this one a little further.Any help you guys can provide would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

It is more difficult to form opinions on things like what their car looks, if they look you in the eye, and their general demeanor, as they have had classes in the Pen. on how to behave, or have cultivated certain habits or manners to further their criminal activities.Almost everyone deserves a second chance, but I believe they need to earn that chance, not just expect it as a matter of course.

I finally feel ready, as I am at the cusp of paying off all my student debt and other mistakes of my early 20s, and cultivating good behaviors of savings, watching my budgets, etc, mentally undoing years of bad habits developed from financially unsound parents(not meant in a negative way).We want to buy a 4plex, live in one unit, house-hack, and do the whole deal.

Remodeled homes could be habitable but be sure to check everything.
