If anyone has had success with this color me suprised.

My wife handles the rehabs and she does tend to paint the front doors cool colors.

By taping to the door with bright colored duct tape, I can get their undivided attention without the competition, besides they have probably come to expect stuff taped to their door from the bank or property preservation company and view it as important.

Have EVERYTHING IN WRITING, down to the color of the nails!

We use bright colored paper and fold it to the shape of an envelope.  

I don't want to have to get the special three-colored forms and spend the good part of an afternoon or day trying to get it to print correctly in each of the boxes on all of the different copies.
