Hi everyone, I am looking at getting into the section 8 rental market as a foreign investor, what are the "best" states to invest in, in terms of cash flow and actually working with the city to cooperate and pass inspections.Is there anyone on here who could point me into the right direction of anyone that has done this, or the best way to go about doing this?

If you buy a house that's a little nicer than you are in currently then it could make moving a lot easier.Multi-family is tough right now because a lot of new supply has come online, so rents have been soft.

I'm really interested in learning about wholesaling land as I hear it’s the best way to get your foot in the door when starting out in the real estate world.

Ltr's are local, STR's are 14 hours away in South Carolina.
