Hi all,

I'm new here. I'm on the hunt for my first multi family. I've been interested in real estate investing for about 2 years now. I'm starting with very little, but am determined to make it work!

Welcome to the community @Austin Tess! Starting with a turnkey cash flow rental is my recommendation for first time investors. It's the easiest way to try being a landlord without dealing with tricky renovation projects. Best of luck and don't hesitate to ask here in the forum if you need anything!
