My plan is to find a property - preferability a triplex or 4 unit - that will cover the majority if not all of my mortgage and monthly bills.

Right now I would prefer to have rent-stabilized units over free market.

But we prefer M2M because we think it gives us more flexibility. 

I don't have a preference for thickness one way or the other and instead tailor that towards the floor I am working on - if the floor has a lot of variation in it, you want a thinner plank that can follow the contour.

I hadn't talked to her about it, but I call my preferred company there and have them go out and they simply get a key from the management office without any knowledge any other ac company inspected it.

Preferably in South Chicagoland area!!!!

Here's my question to you - is finding one of these types of properties as easy as finding a great realtor and adding this preference for potential "bedroom or living space conversions" into your criteria when looking for a home? 

It really all depends on your market and what it prefers.

I prefer to look at newer content so I know I'm looking at today's information and not information from several years ago.
