What would a Trump win do for the real estate market? What would a Biden win do? Would either candidate really make an impact on the market or is the market indifferent?

Presidential Candidate Biden released his economic/tax plan in March.  The plan included significantly reducing (eliminating) the 1031 Exchange.  Their campaign will tell you that it only affects those who make over $400,000 in a year, but what they do not tell you is that the capital gain triggered by the sale of real estate would be included/counted as part of your income for the year.  It would actually affect more people than what they lead you to believe.  Here is a panel conversation with U.S. Congressman David Schweikert who sits on the House Ways and Means Committee http://go.inland-investments.c...
