Hi,I currently own a condo unit in NYC and am looking to rent it out in a few months (transition it to an investment property). 

I personally like investing in the developing markets (transitioning from C to B neighborhood where commercial & residential revitalization is happening).

Yes add separate laundry as long as the cost is less than $5K to make that transition.  

I'm currently at 7, I plan on getting as close to maxing that number out then transition to arms or start paying off my existing properties. 

Hello, Does anyone have any advice for someone who is looking to transition from a finance background to real estate employment such as entry levels positions or etc? 

That area is in transition and a lot of people are buying the properties just to tear down and build a bigger property in it's place.

When I took it I quickly discovered that the test really has very little to do with selling real estate.I have my books at home (Chicago) that I used when I transitioned my license 2 years ago that you can borrow.

I am new to Bigger Pockets & first try in posting anything.Planning to transition from one career of 30 years to a field I am actually interested in.

If you have a high tolerance, house hack and BRRRR a wrecked 4 plex in a transitional neighborhood in the best emerging market across the country over and over for 10 years.

Your investment value has greatly deteriorated since therewas no transition plan.So are you taking action; or are you sending everyoneassociated with you under the bus ?
