Hi everyone! First time posting here. I've narrowed my prospective market to Indiana to purchase rental properties from afar. I wanted to ask if anyone has any experience investing in Indiana, and what are some sound cities worth looking into? From there, I hope to build the core team necessary to maintain the homes.
