Study it. 

So I’ve been studying real estate for the past month almost everyday (renting & wholesaling to be exact) I watch YouTube, listen to podcasts & started to read books; staring off with rich dad poor dad.

Right now I am trying to focus on studying and learning the market in our area.

I had my music on and didnt hear that my bumper kinda slid over it and it hooked it on the inside under my car.So the next morning I got into my car again and didnt know that it was hooked in and backed out and it almost ripped my bumper completely off and cracked it in the bottom.

I have been reading and studying the business for about six months, find it very fascinatinang, and find myself lurking to always find more. 

Study everything you need to know about good property managers, and then start interviewing...

I’ve been studying a couple of the methods described here on BP and purchase several books and I get the basics of conventional flipping and the BRRRR method.

(I know I am a senior and realized I hate my field of study.)  2. 

I've been studying RE for the last 3 years (I know I can't learn it all in a lifetime) and I am now in a position to make a move. 

@Tim Swierczek i don't know if it's a "proposal" per se, but I've studied real estate for a solid 2 or 3 years but now I need some action.
