Hello from STL! I am a 26 year old working a full time job in sales while learning how to build a successful real estate investment business. I look forward to using all of the resources here and interacting with the community to get myself started in the right direction! I have heard hundreds of starter tips from BP already but anything you have to offer is greatly appreciated, especially specifics to the stl area. Thank you in advance for your contributions!
