So, to sum up a 5 year journey in a few sentences: My wife and I are putting the finishing touches on our design-build company, and are working on the systems used to manage investor projects.

*Warning - This will likely be a long post - but like your journey in REI if you can stick it I hope it adds valueI manage a team of over 80 people.

As we journey down this wonderful world of real estate investing, we have come across an opportunity that could relate to more profits in our pocket.

I'm sure you've notice what's happening to metro stations & DC becoming a public commuter city)- Review market rates (Rents)- Nothing beats driving around the area and checking for yourself (day & night)- Read articles (Bisnow, Business Insider, Washington BizJournal)Please let us know your journey and how things are going.
