From what I am reading, the supply chain is smoothing out, which is good.

Have given several notices and things work for a bit, but then things slide again.

Due diligence for purchasing a STR and transferring should have been 1. whats the contact info of the owner 2. what is all the info of every reservation and 3. contacting everyone involved to make sure the transition is smooth and doesnt waste money.Kind of crazy that yall didnt do these simple things.

Unless it is a tragedy like a fire,hurricane,mud slide .....normal people do not move in a hurry .WATCH OUT ALWAYS CHECK THE TENANT
